Sermon Material: Islam Is The True Religion

The First Sermon:

َّ الْحَمْدَ لِلَّهِ نَحْمَدُهُ وَنَسْتَعِيْنُهُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُهُ وَنَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنْ شُرُوْرِ أَنْفُسِنَا وَمِنْ سَيِّئَاتِ أَعْمَالِنَا، مَنْ يَهْدِهِ اللهُ فَلاَ مُضِلَّ لَهُ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلاَ هَادِيَ لَهُ. أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيْكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ. أَمَّا بَعْدُ؛

قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى فِي الْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيْمِ: {يَا أَيُّهاَ الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلاَ تَمُوْتُنَّ إِلاَّ وَأَنتُمْ مُّسْلِمُوْنَ}. {وَمَن يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ اْلإِسْلاَمِ دِينًا فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي اْلآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ}

وَقَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: كُلُّ أُمَّتِيْ يَدْخُلُوْنَ الْجَنَّةَ إِلاَّ مَنْ أَبَى، قَالُوْا: يَا رَسُوْلَ اللهِ وَمَنْ يَأْبَى: قَالَ: مَنْ أَطَاعَنِيْ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ وَمَنْ عَصَانِيْ فَقَدْ أَبَى. (رواه البخاري).

The crisis that occurred in Indonesia several years ago until today, not only the monetary crisis but also a crisis of confidence in the Islamic religion by believers themselves. The crisis of confidence in the truth of Islam as a religion of universal and undeniable plenary has struck many people claiming to be Muslim himself. This is proven by their lifestyle is seen in lahiriyah there is still the only similarity with the lifestyle of the people who are non-Muslims. For example, in the problem of packed drinking with stand and with the left hand the Muslims many me-too do so at official events, but eat and drink with your left hand or standing instead of Islamic Ethics. Whereas if viewed women in the streets, it is hard to distinguish between a Muslim and non-Muslim, because the hair is equally visible, calves are equally open, equally garish in preen even equally tight dress. That's where everything is forbidden in Islam.

Muslims who are blessed ...

All of that may be due to ignorance or lack of. But the lack of knowledge that is the result that most of the Muslims have lost confidence against Islam, so they tend to ignore his teachings. Study of the Islamic sciences are considered outdated. Many Muslims, even academic circles who think studying the Sciences of Islam without being mixed with Western science theories, a setback. Not in keeping with the changing times and so on. Isn't that a crisis of confidence in Islam?

Generally a person known as a muslim, when he is praying or when invited to speak. Only in some circles or regions there is a social group seemed outwardly as a muslim, as their veiled women for example.

Those who believe in Allah and the last day, it definitely believe and believe that only the best and only Islam is right, as the guidelines and guidelines for living in the world. For he believes that all that is said of God and his Apostles must be true and good.

God says:

" The real religion (which there is) Allah is Islam. " (Ali Imran: 19)

With regard to this verse, Imam Ibn Katheer in tafsirnya says that the verse was the news of Allah Subhannahu wa Ta'ala that no any religion that is accepted at the side of God, except Islam. While Islam is the KPD ittiba ' (follow) the Apostles of God who was sent to each time, until it finally closed with the last apostle Muhammad Shallallaahu alaihi wa Salam. So that a closed path to God except through the way Muhammad Shallallaahu alaihi wa Salam. Therefore, who is facing Allah Subhannahu wa Ta'ala after he sent the Prophet Muhammad Shallallaahu alaihi wa Salam by using religion not based on Islamic law, then it will not be accepted. Just as the word of God in another verse:

"Anyone who seek a religion other than Islam, then surely it is not accepted (the religion) from her and him in the hereafter include those who lose out." (Ali Imran: 85).

Similarly on the above verse Allah tells about restrictions on religion received at his side, is just Islam. In other words, that Islam is a religion that is vanity. Will not bring the goodness of the world nor the afterlife. Because religions other than Islam, are not recognized and are not justified by Allah Subhannahu wa Ta'ala as a guide, both in terms of worship nor mu'amalah-mu'amalah mundane.

Isn't it just a God Subhannahu wa Ta'ala himself Omniscient in what ways and guidelines how, human affairs will get his life? Isn't the essence of an omnipotent creator, who knows nothing about what he created? Two verse above shows it is everything. And the fact it was still supported by other evidence, the most important of which is the word of Allah Subhannahu wa Ta'ala:

" Today I have for you to fine tune your religion. And I have this position, for you and I have ridlai Islam as your religion. " (Al-Maidah: 3).

In connection with this a prominent scholars from Jordan i.e. Shaykh Hasan Ali Abdul Hamid said in his book the science of Usulil Bida ' this noble verses that prove how Islamic jurisprudence has been perfect and how laws were sufficient to meet the needs of all beings, Jinn and human beings in carrying out i.e. worship, such as the word of God:

" And I did not create the Jinn and mankind except, that they may serve me. " (Adz Dzari'at: 56).

This means that the truth of Islam is the truth of the plenary, the truth and the truth is exactly is God's favor. How not, because any human needs in order to the religious devotion and its creator have already stated and would be sure in Islam. Behold the man did not need to mention the other clues, except Islam.

Kesempuranaan Islam is a perfection that covers all aspects, for the purpose of future happiness are timeless and without limits. I.e. not only happiness in the world, but also in the afterlife. Because that's why people still doubt of the truth and perfection of Islam? Why do people still looking for alternatives and solutions?. Islam is enough, no need for the addition or reduction to implement the teachings of Islam. Truth and perfection of Islam has also been recognized by religions other than Islam. It's just that many of them own that refuse, as mentioned by Allah in the Qur'an:

"They deny the verses of Allah, even though they admit the truth, inasmuch as his pride and tyranny." (An-Naml: 14).

From the explanation above, the entire Ummah must contemplate restarted why he must be Muslim?. How to be in the neighborhood of the truth?. A pioneer of the XII century Hijri, Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab gave the concept of afterthought to us as follows:

First; A muslim must reflect and understand that she created, given rizki and not left. That is why God sent his Messenger of human ketengah-tengah. No other to guide them. That means he, live and exist in the face of the Earth since God created, he was given a variety of fasilllitas, rizki, starting from needs oxygen to breathe to the House as a shelter and others to things outside of the human consciousness. All the things that it was not for naught. In the Qur'an God describes:

"So do you think that we created it you are playing alone, and that ye would not be brought back to us?. Then the most high God, the King of the real; There is no patron who has the right to be worshipped besides him. " (Al-Mukminuun: 115-116).

Because human beings are not like animals, that is not left free in vain, not ignored and without rules, then God wants human to rule. Of course only God know the rules most appropriate and takes human affairs to make, for he is the creator of man, and all the other creatures.

It was brought by Muhammad the Apostle whom he sent to these interests. It is a rule that sets the human life to survive in the world and in the hereafter. Consequently, who obey his Messenger, then he will be saved and go to heaven. A glorious future success, which is coveted by every employee who is healthy and sentient thought normal.

Messenger Shallallaahu alaihi wa Salam said:

" Each followers enter paradise except those refused. Asked to him: "who deny Yes Rasululllah?" He said: who is obedient to me he would go to heaven and who is rebellious to me then he had refused ". (Narrated By Al-Bukhaari).

The second concept: a muslim must understand that God does not ridla, if in worship to him, He disekutukan with the rest. Though the Angels close to her or his delegate, as Prophet his word:

"And indeed the mosques belong to God. Then you shall not worship nobody in it besides (worship) of God. " (Al-Jinn: 18)

The third concept: If a person has already become obedient to Allah's Apostle, and bertauhid to God, the next consequence that must be understood is the principle Wala ' and Bara '. Does that mean his loyalties are only given to Allah and his Apostle and those who believe. On the contrary, he did not give the love and affection to anyone who opposes Allah and his Apostle, though his closest relatives.

That's the nature of Islam with a brief greeting means surrender yourself completely to God willed his way; be obedient to it by way of running its provisions; and be free themselves; posting hate and hostile to shirk, along with his supporters.

قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى فِي الْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيْمِ: قُلْ هَذِهِ سَبِيْلِيْ أَدْعُوْ إِلَى اللهِ عَلَى بَصِيْرَةٍ أَنَا وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَنِيْ وَسُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ المْشُرْكِيِنْ.َ

أَقُوْلُ قَوْلِيْ هَذَا وَاسْتَغْفِرُوْا اللهَ، إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُوْرُ الرَّحِيْمُ.

The Second Sermon

إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ لِلَّهِ نَحْمَدُهُ وَنَسْتَعِيْنُهُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُهْ وَنَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنْ شُرُوْرِ أَنْفُسِنَا وَمِنْ سَيِّئَاتِ أَعْمَالِنَا، مَنْ يَهْدِهِ اللهُ فَلاَ مُضِلَّ لَهُ وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلاَ هَادِيَ لَهُ. أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيْكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُوْلُهُ. أَمَّا بَعْدُ؛ قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: اَلْحَقُّ مِنْ رَبِّكَ فَلاَ تَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الْمُمْتَرِيْنَ.

Based on the information and descriptions on our first sermon, then Muslims should really was able to prove that the Shari'ah of Islam that will deliver believers toward a successful life in the world and in the hereafter, while other religions besides Islam is clearly vanity and is not useful.

As evidence of an Islamic trust has been as true religion, then he should follow and obey His Messenger, bertauhid to God and just give his loyalties to Allah, his Messenger, and Muslims, as well as giving hostility to enemies of Allah and his apostle.

While the road to there should now be a tashfiyah (purification) and tarbiyah (education), because Islam has been widely infiltrated foreign teachings, that is considered is part of the teachings of Islam.

إِنَّ اللهَ وَمَلاَئِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّوْنَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ، يَا أَيُّهاَ الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوْا صَلُّوْا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوْا تَسْلِيْمًا. اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَجِيْدٌ. وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَجِيْدٌ.

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِيْنَ سَبَقُوْنَا بِاْلإِيْمَانِ وَلاَ تَجْعَلْ فِيْ قُلُوْبِنَا غِلاًّ لِّلَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوْا رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ رَءُوْفٌ رَّحِيْمٌ. رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا وَإِنْ لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُوْنَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِيْنَ.

عِبَادَ اللهِ، إِنَّ اللهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ بِالْعَدْلِ وَاْلإِحْسَانِ وَإِيتَآئِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْفَحْشَآءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ وَالْبَغْيِ يَعِظُكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُوْنَ. فَاذْكُرُوا اللهَ الْعَظِيْمَ يَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاسْأَلُوْهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ يُعْطِكُمْ وَلَذِكْرُ اللهِ أَكْبَرُ.
